The course was very good.
The Manual Handling Training was very good. It gave me valuable information and made me think of the LITE Assessment before any manual handling is carried out – Load, Individual, Task and Environment.

Great quality content delivered in a simple but direct way. Videos are good with an appropriate speed of understandable language and amount of information.
well presented and informative
I think this had been revamped since I last did it — very well put together, clear and engaging. I particularly enjoyed learning all about the anatomy – bones tendons discs etc
