The course covers the basics of manual handling in a clear and concise fashion. The information given is very relevant not just to the work place but to daily life. It does not go into too much detail but enough to cover the relevant issues

Very comprehensive and useful in practice
While I don't do heavy lifting as a regular part of my day job, it is a potential ad hoc requirement and also something I do a fair bit at home, so the content was very useful and relevant.
