keeping you safe when manual handling
Really great, sensible information to keep us safe in the workplace carrying out manual handling tasks. As a suggestion to further help workers it could be helpful to include links to further information to cover safe lifting techniques/manual handling techniques for people with impaired mobility as well (e.g. what to do if you cannot bend at the knees to lift). I know that is not the remit of this course but it would be really useful info to have as additional resource
Good course
Easy to follow. Good to refresh in this area
Easy to follow.
Concise dialogue and easy to follow information.
Very well explained
This course has provided the information you need to carry out Manual Handling tasks in the transporting or supporting of a load that involves lifting, putting down, pushing pulling, carrying or moving. Very well explained and informative.
Helpful with lots of video explinations
Helpful with a lot of video explanation's which was good. At times I felt things were repeated and unnecessary but overall an informative course.
Needed practical element
This was poor. As a practical topic, it really needed to be carried out in person. Videos were quite dull and I'm not sure I learned anything,
Very good and interesting course

Reasonably informative
It would have been better to do this when I first started – as a 60-year old, I already have lower back problems that I manage by doing a lot of things (stretching, running, going to gym, etc.) – I think the training course would benefit from including more references to getting relief from existing problems and advice on not worsening them.
Good common sense information
