Good

Good.

A good overview

A good overview and informative. As I am approaching the menopause I really value the supportive stance the Institute is taking and the increased awareness of the menopause for myself and others.

Not a great fan of online training

Pluses – learnt some new stuff Minus – not a big fan of online training as it's so easy to be distracted while doing it. But good idea to not be able to forward the slides etc until done. The video was rather full of white faces – not a whole lot of diversity in it – maybe an idea for other ones as opposed to reshooting it.

Powerful course.

This course was really good and covered alot of sensitive information regarding what people go really have to go through during the menopause. I learnt how to be more compassionate to others and how it affects peoples behaviour. My partner is also going through this at the moment, which is a constant battle for her on a day to day basis. This course has really enlighten me and has given me a better understanding of what partner is actually going through. I believe this course will make me Love my partner even more now.

Clear, useful, objective

This course was a good way to start the conversation about menopause in the work place. It gave clear explanations of the symptoms and effects of the menopause as well as the best practice workplace guidance. I feel happier knowing that the management team in my workplace has completed this training and more open to having discussions about my health with my managers as a result.

Easy to understand

Clear and concise course, opening up discussions on what can be a delicate subject to visit with colleagues.

Informative and easy to follow

Regardless of gender it was informative to know what a colleague or yourself may be going through, and why, and how you can accommodate changes in the workplace to help them.

Excellent insight and very relevant

Informative and helpful

A very practical and informative guide to something that has been almost taboo to talk about. I hope this helps employers to make adjustments and have the awareness to retain their most experienced and skilled staff.
