The ines o did were excellent
They are good courses to have on your CV but I'd like to see ones like site safety because around here alot of the 28 year old want to get in site and are unable to do the course.
You are important too.
Having had lived experience with MH issues, I found this course underpinned the work I've done to manage this, there is useful tips to maintain positive MH and highlights the importance of asking for help – its not a sign of weakness, its a sign of strength, mental resilience and learning, knowing when change is necessary and being kind to yourself.
