I really enjoy this training
This training is delivered well in an engaging manner. The format allows me to do this in between meetings as segments are short. I get a lot from the training and it was a really nice reminder to look for the signs and to have good conversations with peers and direct reports to make them feel supported.
About Time !!!!
Having experienced a member of my family have a breakdown and the impact it has had on all of my family trying to cope with a close family member and still carry on with everyday life including work and still manage through with no support on one to one on my own well being from management in my work it's about time people took their role and led by example with this learning course on mental health !!
good content, rubbish presentation
As you know by now, I find the compulsory videos to be extremely irritating and dismotivating.
I was thoroughly impressed.
Overall, I found the mental health awareness training course to be incredibly beneficial. It not only deepened my understanding of mental health but also provided me with the confidence and skills to effectively support others who may be struggling. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their knowledge and contribute to creating a more supportive and inclusive environment for mental health.
Clear and to the point.

A good course not complicated in design.
I found the course very interesting and as above not complicated, the course lead me in a very easy learning approach, not over complicated and easy to understand well done to course designer, and most of all not boring kept my attention all the way through.

Content was clear but slides/commentary are a bit slow-moving.
Very good course.

Repetitive
The first few sections are the same as the college one, I would suggest managers only have to do this one, not both.
Its a really long course
The material covered is well documented and offers little that is new, enlightening or engaging. At one third of the running time of the typical movie, you could either cut the course content to 30 minutes or try and find something stimulating to put in to the course.
