Excellent refocus on daily issues .

The course was an excellent opportunity to refocus on daily issues which can impact day to day life and ways of dealing with them .

Calm and relaxed presentation.

A lot of ground covered and a lot of good information given for 'signposting' people to enable them to get help. Nice simple guide to a complex subject.

A really good course

I wasn't expecting much but found this helpful on quite a few levels. Just having a heightened level of awareness, plus some tools – even simple things such as posture and breathing techniques – is a welcome addition to my daily life. Would be beneficial if this course remained available to be able to refer back to it occasionally.
