Not fit for purpose
I completed this training, however it was not at all relevant to the job that I do. We assist people with their own food in their own homes for which they are responsible. We do not take deliveries of food, store food, do any hot holding or pretty much anything else contained in the course.

A vey clear set of slides
Good slides and good narration that kept you interested. Good approach to test throughout and then summary test at end
it is a good consise and useful course
The only things I would like to see is the course alerting us to the difference between English and Welsh legislation , ie putting (Wales) or (EnGland ) after Acts ect , so that we dont familiarise ourselves with the wrong legislation for the area we live/ work in
