Good course – covers important areas

The course is a good overview of Mental Health.

Very informative with some shocking stat

I thought the techniques to help us cope with stress were good and didnt realise how it all manifests itself. I thought it was presented well particularly as it is such a difficult subject for us all to approach. Its made me more aware of how i need to keep an eye on those around me who maybe starting to have difficulties and what to look for.

Good reminder of common sense

Reminded me that I am in control and that if I get stressed I can deal with it by thinking positively

Dealt with honesy and sympathetically

I have suffered with mental health issues in the past. I have always been very open about it so its talked about and people feel comfortable talking about it with me. Its great to see that its being taken seriously.
