graphics could be informative, illustrate icons you use, you need to teach for all abilities. The times you quote are unachievable, I have dyslexia, I did it in 65 mins but companies look at your time and cast it in stone, not fair people learn in different ways with different abilities, discriminating comes to mind, however course was very good.

The training is designed in a very appropriate and concise way of getting a quick view and necessary knowledge of defining Mental Health, Dementia and Learning Disabilities and the proper way of treating the clients in care in a person centered way .

Some good basic info re MH but the Learning Disabilities (LD) info is poor – it incorrectly identifies 3 type of LD there are 4 – PMLD is missing. Also a presenter uses the terminology learning difficulties as an interchangeable term for LD its not a learning difficulty is something lie dyslexia. The definition of a LD does not include a diagnosis is made before adulthood.
