I can certainly recommend and rate this course as one the most up to date. It is well structured and delivered in small steps and stages covering all aspects of safeguarding. It is very interactive and the test mechanism at the end encourages the participants to keep going back and revisiting the units where they might have missed on some important aspects.

This course, albeit lengthy, gives clear guidance on the mandatory requirements of the DSL role and tests the knowledge appropriately.

I feel that I will have a better understanding when attending a Child Protection Conference as part of a Safeguarding group and be able to identify the category of harm.

I thought that the course was full of up to date relevant information and offered extra resources that are very useful for everyone who works with children. It is user friendly and easy to navigate through the different sections. If you leave the course at any point, when you sign back in you are taken straight to the area that you had left so it saves time and is very convenient!
