Really clear and well spoken. Informative with great questions and explanations of how change effects people. For someone like me who doesn't always do well with change this was a really good thing to listen too and learn about why i feel the way i feel towards it. It also gives me confidence within the company that i can express my feelings towards change and be understood by staff due to this training.
