Not bad but bit too unnecessary imo

I appreciate you are taking into consideration and value employees wellbeing and mental health for post covid return to work on site, but the course is a bit too pedant/devoid of real content, in my opinion. I understand the advices provided can be useful and may be often overlooked or wrongly considered as trifle, but still, in a trade off between time to spend to follow the course and real gain from it, this course falls to much in an unfavourable spot, as far as I'm concerned (of course if it's a law requirement/company policy to do it, then the matter change). Thanks Michele B.

All rather obvious.

I've been back in the office for nearly a year, so a bit late in the day for me. The positive is that it provided some insight into how my colleagues might feel when they return in the coming days.

Not very useful to me

Personally, I didn't really need to do this course, or gain much from it. I can see it may be useful to people who have anxieties about returning, but I am not in that camp. I don't think my employer needed to make it mandatory.

It was a helpful course

It was a helpful course for staff, especially staff who have been working from home for 18 months, they will find it different to working from home, either better or worse. I think the course was helpful with regard to measures to take when experiencing anxiety.

It does not cover how a person feels or concerns they may have about returning to work where all are not equal with protection against virus

very comprehensive

At nearing age 92 I didn't see much rele

High souled twaddle but OK for others. But not me.

Very informative

I found it very informative, but as I have been working from home all through the pandemic, I have been in contact with my team and manager. I found some of the information was aimed more at people who had been furloughed and were out of the loop regarding work and updates.
