Useful information

I returned to the workplace a number of months ago, although still found the information useful, in particular the reference to work and home boundaries and self-care.

Good, but could do with more detail

I think this course summarises the 'return to work worries' in a good, broad way, but there is room for improvement where specificities lie. The information is quite generic and could benefit from some more exaples of situations or acknowledgement of certain encounters in the office environment upon returning.

Useful and applicable

The course covered everything you need to consider before returning to the workplace and provided ways to address these issues/concerns. I found it very helpful in preparing to return to the office.

Patronising

Being told to set an alarm and pack a bag before coming to the office is not very helpful. Mindfulness is also a bit more than concentrating on your breathing – which is what this course seemed to suggest. I could go on, I understand the need to do these courses and have done several others but this one was not, I felt, a worthwhile use of half an hour.

Very informative and easy to follow.

Right now COVID seems a thing of the past. This training could be adapted for new employees or those returning from maternity leave, etc.
