A useful well balanced training course
Well thought out and put together. Would be good not to have the playback controls cover some of the slide detail when on pause as makes taking notes difficult. Better lay out of the video transcript so easier to read in paragraphs, not one long block of text.

I found the idea of the control measures having to be 'reasonable' as opposed to completely hazard proof helpful as I work with vulnerable people whose carers often want all risk eliminated. Measures to reduce risk being 'proportionate' is a concept we also often use.
