I recently completed three online training sessions as part of my Age UK placement requirements. The training was very informative and full of important information. Although I took a bit longer to fully understand some parts, the online materials were clear and well-structured, which really helped me learn effectively. I am pleased to say that I passed all the tests on my first attempt. Overall, I found the online training sessions very useful and well organised. Thank you for providing such valuable learning opportunities.

As the course is necessarily long, it would be better to have 2 or 3 extra questions asked along the way to check for understanding, and to break up the somewhat depressing subject matter. Thanks
