Very good course
A very interesting and informative course plenty of time and chances to go back over my mistakes and put it right so I could pass which I thought was fair as im not the cleverest pupil.

The correct response to abuse or disclosure is to keep calmly without promising secrecy and record the facts accurately.
Clear, concise, and easy to follow
This Safeguarding Adults (Level 2) training was excellent and very straightforward to complete. The information was practical, up-to-date, and directly applicable to my job role. The layout made learning effortless, and the scenarios provided a great way to test my understanding. I highly recommend this course to anyone needing to complete their safeguarding compliance.

Comprehensive
its a very comprehensive course exactly covers what it says. However I am not clear on the definition of an adult in the context of what I need this training to cover. issue for me is the regulations between a 16 and 18 year old. Some of the info is not required like care plans in my specific context but definitely required for level 2
Easy to understand yet comprehensive training.
The course is well set out and can be completed over a period of time by exiting and returning to it where you left off. Interesting and informative.
