Very professional, easy to follow
I enjoyed doing this course, although some of the information was harrowing. But it was excellently produced. Each session was just the right length, with back up documents always made available. The test at the end was quite stiff, but well organised and put together, and a good indicator if the person followed the course. Top marks.

Really clear and precise training !
The training was clear and really well delivered. I like how simple it was to access the extra documents and the assessment test was generally very clear. There were a couple of questions that were tricky because of the wording… but with discussion with staff, we answered questions correctly.
