Highly interesting training, really well explained, very clear and full of examples and situations set by categories, all the actors are explained very clearly, the specific terms are clearly explained. Easy to follow
I found the course easy to follow, and the fact that it was in chunks was great, so I could take a short break to process the information between sections. I would just like my name to be spelled correctly on my certificate please!
