Sound kept coming and going Lost concentration subsequently failed two questions I really should not of failed. My fault should of read question properly !

Keeps me up to date with my training

This course covered a lot of information, some of which was potentially distressing, but it was handled sensitively. I found the animated graphics and 'boiling' text were a distraction from the content of the delivery.

The course is easy to understand. The format used is accessible. I found it very easy to complete.

its a shame there is multiple issues that children are subject to which leads to multiple ways of breaking down a description of neglect, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, but as it says trust your gut instinct. A change in behaviour outwith the norm might have a reason of concern.

For a short course it really does test you common sense
