The information was clear and concise.
The information was clear and concise with good use of graphics to emphasise key points. This is always very difficult training to undertake given the content but I feel clear about the procedures I need to follow and the support in place.

Clarity in delivery and visual presentation was exceptional. Visuals are relevant without excessive or distracting ‘performance’ or entertainment’. Written slides brief, clear, relevant. I will be downloading transcripts.
