Good that you can go repeat each step to be able to understand before taking the tests
REALLY GOOD AND VERY THOROUGH
I FEEL MUCH SAFER IN ALL THE KNOWLEDGE THAT WAS SHARED AND WHERE TO GO TO IF I WERE TO HAVE ANY ISSUES. BRILLIANT – I HAVE LOTS OF NOTES NOW AND FEEL I COULD DEAL WITH ALL SITUATIONS.
A detailed training presentation
On the whole quite clear and comprehensive. In the quiz at the end, the question I answered incorrectly was a bit misleading as the presentation promotes talking to young people who are showing signs of abuse but the quiz required the answer to be to report to the DSL. Might be worth revising?
Easy to use. Content informative.
Excellent training package. Easy to use and not too long. Content detailed but not over saturated. Additional optional information useful. Instructor clear and easy to follow. Additional artwork to support dialogue kept content fresh and informative. Recap at end of each section useful. Test highlighted any gaps in retained learning but not too arduous.
