This training course was quite hard going yet the one I could relate to the most due to my time as a volunteer befriender.

This is a good informative course

I found the training easy to access and follow. The options to watch and listen to a video and/or read the transcript of the videos is really useful as I sometimes find it easier to read information. The training was relevant and very useful for my role. I recommend this.

As a volunteer I found this course useful. It was well presented and informative.

It is good to complete a refresher course to ensure that what was taught is still visible in the mind and are quickly able to recall matters that may be important. I do enjoy the training sessions.

I have learnt a lot and my safe guarding abilities have improved immensely
