Found this refresher training informative which is useful to me
It is good to complete a refresher course to ensure that what was taught is still visible in the mind and are quickly able to recall matters that may be important. I do enjoy the training sessions.

Engaging Delivery
This was my first mandatory learning module in my new role and found the format very refreshing and engaging. I thought that the use of different people delivering the information in bitesize chunks which were easy to follow made the content easy to understand. The quiz' throughout helped me to know how well I was doing.

Excellent training session, condensing a lot of information into bite size chunks. I especially liked how the sections are broken up with quiz style questions.
