Informative and etensive content in a simplified format.
A very informative training session
I did not award 5*, because upon reflection I am thinking it would be good to test every small section as you go along. My perception was that there were sometimes large gaps between tests. I think more (small) tests would reinforce knowledge which could be fully tested by the 20 question end 'exam'. I am basing this suggestion on similar training I have undertaken, such as that required by the Electoral Commission (Polling Staff). Thank you.

This training really taught me a lot of things, even though I have done a lot of it again and again it is so simple to understand and comprehend well done!
