Great base line guidance for good recruitment practises
Great base line for understanding recruitment in Education and why the different safeguarding elements, such as DBS, are so important.
Covers the basics well.
Even better if real-life examples were included thjat required the application of the material covered – rather than mere repetition o9f a previous facvtoid. Thanks. Andrew
