A few concerns for improvement
You commented that men's flat shoes (laced up) may have slippery soles. Yet you recommended ladies flat (slip-on) shoes are to be preferred to high heeled shoes. Whilst this may me so, I think you should also state that ladies shoes should not have slippery soles – flat or otherwise.
