Found this course interesting and very useful. Information and practices you can adopt in any part of your life.
Educational but to long.
Enjoyed, interesting however too long and quite a lot of information not appropriate for a Library Volunteer role. Really more geared for Carers and Nursing staff.

Good course, well explained and and provided the trainee a good picture of what is looked on as or potentially as bribery and procedures and 'tips' to recognise or safeguard against committing or allowing others to commit bribery.
