The presenters were clear in their diction and made the training informative and easy to follow and understand, the demonstrations were excellent, clear and easy to understand.

The content was easy to follow, the presenters had clear voices and spoke about the subject clearly and concisely, and the visual and demonstrated content was easy to understand.
in depth and clearly explained
This course covers equality, diversity and inclusion, the protected characteristics and harassment and victimisation in depth and also in a clearly explained way with clear practical examples. The tone is supportive. There is a supplementary activity on 'unconscious bias' – I was surprised that ethnicity/race was not mentioned here.
This is out of date
Certain phrases in this training are very out of date and are not accurate. No one is assigned a gender at birth, sex and gender are different and no one is assigned a gender at birth; sex is observed generally before birth and recorded at birth.
