This course covers a wide variety of topics relating to working at height. The Course is very clear and concise and easy to understand. it provides good information to provide basic awareness for anyone involved in working at height from low level to high level.

This course was interactive, visual and easy friendly! Also I really liked the eyes and cleanliness part. It is rare to hear about eyes muscles strain and so true. Blinking is also very good to have mentioned it because it does help moisturise as well as the 20 20 20 rule. Not everyone is aware of these information but they are so true and relevant. Cleaning our desk and telling about the cleaning regularly because of bacteria spread, is also something people don't do regularly. I liked the edit and videos visualising the content of each slides. Well done guys! Great training and thank you
