Good and concise, I have no complaints

Wasn't expecting, but learnt something

Been using ladders for many years, but still learnt a couple of tips from this course. However, some bad basic grammar and English used! S17- "there are two of you.", not, "there is two of you." S18- Dos & Don'ts, not Do's & Don't's (although do's is accepted) cheers

Very informative

perfect

It is satisfactorily detailed and adequate but some of the questions are somewhat ambiguous in the test.

The course covers the basic elements

the course covers all that an individual needs to begin to manage their own mental health and recognise possible triggers with others. However, the test at the end is not very good. The answers are so obvious that it doesn't make you think. They are obvious to the point that you could ace the test without watching the course slides. What's the odd one out in the following list of items? Apple, Orange, Banana, Leprechaun?

useful training

It was a useful refresher, particularly for some of the more detailed aspects, which can be forgotten over time.

A quick and informative course

I found the course to be very informative. It helped to hear legal requirements as well as more informal support that can be offered, as well as the suggestions on how an open environment can encourage open conversations.

Informative and engaging.

An easy to follow course which highlights key points in an engaging fashion. I had considered myself reasonably well informed but had some key learnings which were reinforced by the single questions at the end of each section, the quiz at the end and the one question I answered incorrectly. Easy to navigate, succinct and effective,
