Was more for office workers
It was informative but is aimed at people working at a desk all of the time. Not really aimed at teachers who have to do these courses in their own time after work or at weekends.

Informative course.
A bit heavy going, as there is a lot of information which all needs to be read. If some of the course consisted of video presentation, it would have broken up the sections needed to be read.

Eye opening.
This course is an eye opener for me. I never knew that if someone unintentionally harms a vulnerable person, it is still considered an abuse.Also, learning about the “Person centred approach to care”and the “Duty of Candour’’ was enlightening.
