Carrying out the course has made me aware that the need to have open and frequent communication with others is a positive approach. If things are not addressed timeously, this can easily lead to possible mental health issues and self doubt. By be able to speak openly and supportively, this can prevent these and other issues arising. I enjoyed the course contents and it helped me be more aware of the need to listen , before talking.

Good and informative
An easy to follow course which kept me engaged throughout. Full of useful facts including some i did not know. It was interesting without being too long to lose my concentration.

Clear and Inciteful
This training module was very interesting as it touched on the many ways that a person can possibly become involved in fraudulent activity. The module seems to have been adapted and broadened to suit the times that we live in. I enjoy this module.
Good, clear, simple to understand
This was a clear presentation that explained everything simply so anyone could understand. Gave clear safety instructions to follow. Like that you could replay videos for those that struggle understand. Overall a simple to follow and understand training tool.
