Covered everything I need to know
The course was really informative.
Although informative, the course was quite longwinded in parts and I did lose concentration.

Easy to understand the basics with opportunities to learn about each topic with the additional resources.
Enjoyed listening to it
It made you realise that everyone suffers anxiety and it is easy to manage if you know how, very subtle hints on how to manage this. Well worth listening to
