a very listenable, good course
This was a compulsory course from my employer. Often these can be monotonous and not fully engaging. This however, was interesting, delivered in small bitesize chunks and delivered by a lady with a great listening voice. Questions on the test varied from easy to a bit more taxing and tested our listening skills. An all round great piece of Fire Awareness.

Covered all essential areas
A very thorough and necessary course, covering all aspects of fire safety. A useful and worthwhile course.
Comprehensive and easy to understand
This is a good course. I'd have given it 5 stars if it had some/more reference to mental health and safety, rather than just focusing on physical health. It's also light on info for office-based work where the risk is less obvious than, eg using plant and machinery.
I found the questions not easy to read
I found the course interesting and well laid out but the questions not as easy to understand when answering them in the exam to previous exam questions
