Excellent
Well explained with the short slides making it easy to revisit and follow.
The course was clear and informative.
Very well explained, and therefore easily understood.
Poor and inadequate wording
Bias in recruitment can be a significant problem and awareness of its potential is really useful for those involved in it. However the presentation was frequently awfully or vaguely worded. "Trust your instincts -but challenge them" is a fine and typical example. OED definition of 'trust' = "acceptance of the truth of a statement without evidence or investigation". Technically sound stuff and, of course, it will raise awareness in participants. Overall, I was disappointed though.
Easy to understand
Common sense, is the main key factor, although it was very helpful and informative and easy to follow.
Great knowledge to know
Touched on many different kinds of stress.given me some great information.
