Helpful and Informative
I don't necessarily have an issue with confidence anymore, thanks to a course of CBT several years ago, however, this course has reinforced the information I already knew and reminded me of things I had forgotten. Very useful and informative.

i found this very informative and loved the fact they left you a variety programmes to access or look up.
