Refresher level
This is the third time I have done the course. I feel as though it is just at the right level for awareness for me with a good balance of facts and examples. I am aware of products in my house (built in 1970s) that will contain asbestos, hence very careful about undertaking certain activities ensuring these are not disturbed.
Great top tips on Working safely
Highlighted areas which I hadn't thought of before working and travelling alone. Has made me more aware how I can work alone safely. I felt the top tips on dealing with a difficult customer or showing customers around along in premises were really helpful.

Simple and not technically challenging. Quite straightforward.
Simple yet concise
Manual Handling in a user friendly, concise format. Very easy to roll one's eyes at training but everybody needs to refresh themselves…prevention always better than cure. Bite size chunks that can be worked through at your convenience. Thank you for the reminder to apply this basic rules of safety.
