Basic but helpful course on food hygiene
Covered all the necessary areas. Some information a bit obvious but perhaps not to everyone. Some useful information as well. Recommended
Excellent flexible way to learn!
I really liked how flexible and accessible it was to my needs. The information was presented in a clear and easily understood way. There are short "tests" which really helped my to reinforce my learning.
Surprisingly engaging!
This course was a lot less dry than many. I enjoyed the accompanying illustrative videos and found them generally a good aide memoire.
