A clear, comprehensive course
This course is informative and clearly presented. It takes you through all elements related to food hygiene and preparation. I will implement what I have learnt at Centre 33 and share my knowledge with other volunteers. Thank you for enabling me to take part in this course.

i rated the food hygiene training course good cox, the training has given more knowledge and ideal on how to handle food properly in my place of work also at home as well. The course was amazing, thank you.

I found the content good and interesting.
The course contradicts itself…
The English used in the course is too demanding for non native speakers. I have operated in international projects and networks for more than 30 years, mostly using English as common language. But the vocabulary used in this course forced me to switch to Dutch as language. And that is really terrible.. The English should be simplified, maybe checked by non native speakers? The content was ok, and I did get interesting new insights.

just the right amount of information,
Very informative but little interaction
Again this was a comprehensive programme with some overlap with the Fire Warden video It would be great to build in more interactive content as it was quite a long time to watch all the videos in one go
