Good but not appropriate
Good back up training for first aiders but not for general workers… it was worrying. Although i suppose there might not be a first aider on hand and others might have to do their best. The AED bit really useful however for general public.

Covers basic responsibilities we all have so a good reminder of that and a refresher on key points.
Nice and quiet , no distractions.
Can listen more and go back on some things to listen to again
