I found the course a good reminder of previous training which gave plenty of required detail and information without being too excessive and boring.

It's simple but effective
Simple but effective training of the points to know. It's well presented however, the sync is a little out and you are left wondering if youve missed an important word at the start of each of the 58 staements

Where to start…… The confident person, male. The unconfident one lying in a bed, female. The Project Manager, male, the person orientated roles, female. All the complainants, female, including the one getting irate. The open gestured empathic one dealing with most of the complaints male. The one on the receiving end of the irate complaint male and dealing with it as suggested, male. Could you have done this any more wrong!

The course was easy to understand, the guidance & recommendations for breaks & movement were a good reminder of what we need to do,
