iHasco delivers training to support cricket’s action plan
Posted 3 years ago
The England and Wales Cricket Board has partnered with iHasco as part of cricket’s ‘action plan’ to tackle all forms of discrimination within the sport. The partnership will see employees and volunteers across ECB and county clubs undertake iHasco’s IIRSM and Citation-approved Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion training course from February onwards.
“As an eLearning provider that is committed to improving Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in organisations and institutions throughout the UK and beyond, we are so proud to be supporting the ECB with their action plan. Our team and our courses are here for this exact purpose. We support our clients as they look to embed inclusive cultures in their workplaces. Actively learning – and then putting what they’ve learned into action – is the way to truly make a difference for employees on an individual level.”
Having now delivered well over 350,000 training sessions in EDI-related courses, we are thrilled to be supporting the ECB with their action plan. We hope that, in line with one of our own core values, our support can help make a genuine difference in English cricket.
