A very informative and well structured course which divides the content into distinct areas thereby avoiding confusion.

This training was easy to follow, made sense and it was good to not have to sit in a classroom all day but have the ability to listen to the informaiton in approximately half an hour and refresh my understanding.
This course is quite applicable when dealing with customers and contractors on a frequent basis as i often have to do .
