It is always beneficial to do this form of training as it gives you an insight into other parts of the business industry.
Good but could be a bit confusing
My tiny brain struggled a little with the terminology
good but a few criticisms
One of the bullet points was incomplete on one of the slides (you should look and find it), there was reference to European Directives in some of the material and I wondered if these still apply post-Brexit (?), and one of the Test questions was a bit unfair as it asked about the definition of a PEP – you would have only got this right had you read the supplementary material and not just watched the video.

nothing about legislation at uk eu level and intertwined which is crucial nothing about current events, fatf findings. exampless of real lfie
Detailed information easily explained
A good presenting style. A lot of information to take in, but easily listenable to. Make your own notes and gain further understanding. It heightens your radar over such matters and what to look out for.
