Some test questions wording
There are a lot of specific terms that would be used by the Reporting Officer or authorities that wouldn't be needed at every employee level. To have test questions that go into that depth with such specific terminology, sometimes worded where either term would be similar to a layperson doesn't test knowledge of the process, these terms would only be used on a higher level. Overall a great course though, just a bit 'catch you out' in the test section.
