Content good
Found the content interesting and detailed. Struggled with the questions, found them obscure and in some instances very difficult to relate back to the slides.
Too long
Working in the Supply chain area with the constant interruptions makes it difficult concentrate. For me would have been better to break it down into two sessions.
Not as good as some of the other courses
Firstly, the course took longer than the indicated timings Secondly, whilst no doubt a company/legal requirement, i never have any financial dealings with customers, so it seeme inappropriately long, and a simplified course would have been more relevantto me.

Simple to understand
Much less dry than previous courses. The commentator made it simple to understand, graphics broke it up and made it more interesting and questions part way through also helped.
