This was an easy to follow session and breaking it down into short clips meant that it was engaging. The questions during the presentation were also useful to verify understanding.
Very time consuming
As a sales executive these courses are very time consuming considering how busy our working days are. Also only a small section of this is relevant to the job we do.

Could have expanded more on the associated terms (e.g. Structuring), but enjoyed the various scenarios which were required common sense over expertise/experience (could have been more complex).
