Clear simple and easily understood
Excellent sizing of each point. Easy to put down and pick back up again whilst multi-tasking. Good material and well presented course. Would recommend.

Palatable breakdown of all ALM areas
Covers all areas and breaks it down into palatable sizes for learning. As an employee, it gives an overview of the whole process but also states your role in the process so you know where you stand. This can be a confusing subject at times so continued refreshers are key.

This was an easy to follow session and breaking it down into short clips meant that it was engaging. The questions during the presentation were also useful to verify understanding.
Very time consuming
As a sales executive these courses are very time consuming considering how busy our working days are. Also only a small section of this is relevant to the job we do.
