Understand we need to know and be aware of money laundering but don't see how this is relevant to my work at Active Luton don't know of any policy or procedures we have in place?

Well structured and good downloads

well organised and put together package, very clear and covered everything I needed to know
Easy to follow
Having the training broken into very short parts makes it easier to retain the information and understand key points.
Too many video clips
There was 1 video clip per slide and not much written information which I personally would have preferred. Sometimes its easier to re read and take in the written information rather than have the majority on the info read out. It also seems to take longer as you have to wait for each video to end before you can move forward. Some videos are helpful but I felt there were a bit too many.

I would rate this course one star.
In undertaking and completing this course, i have carefully considered and come to the conclusion that this course, is in fact, not up the to highest of standards. As a result, i was unable to recommend this as a high quality product and therefore unfortunately had to give this course a low score. On a scale of one to five, where five is good and one is presumably the opposite of good, it is with great regret and a sorrowful heart that i must conclude this course is only deserving of one out of five stars.
