Although this is a podcast style learning method, you cannot get on and do something else so it is merely a cheaper way of imparting the knowledge rather than having graphics

Slightly indigestible
All the key information is clearly contained but the format as a singular longform deluge of information without breaks is hard to take in and absorb if someone comes at the subject without some pre existing understanding. There are several natural breaks where reviews of the information would be welcome. In addition the jovial 'gosh look at what our taxes are for' content is irrelevant time wasting which doesn't help with the unwieldy length.
Difficult for out of UK employees
I felt like I had to learn a whole new tax system for this training as I am a US citizen and while I understand tax evasion etc, I am not familiar with the names associated to UK tax acts

Awful way of delivering the training
Much prefer the slide show method
Entirely audio presentation is dull
Visuals, videos, case studies more interaction through the course – all help keep you engaged, whereas just listening you are far less likely to remember
