It good for the right position
It's good training if you work on a construction site or a ground work but not relevant for port secuirty. yes we deal with traffic/moving vehicles but unfortunately there is a language barrier and half the vehicles/drivers we deal with don't even understand the basic command of stop by using a hand signal so you have no hope trying to use any other signals. Also to the term banksman doesn't even cross the agenda of security neither so don't see how we can qualify to be banksman as completely reverent to our job title aka security

This course had opened my eyes to how banks man role works and what you need to do
Issues with videos
The video examples don't show examples where the use of a banksman would be necessary. Also the hand signals are not all consistent.
