I thought it was interesting and maybe at times operators don't realise just how important it is to be as switched on during these operations.

On a busy site, workplace transport and vehicle segregation is necessary, this training may be construed as competent based training. I know you have made reference to practical training is essential. Unfortunately some employees will be under the impression that this course provides them with sufficient training/information to operate as a banksman.
This course covers what is needed in my line of work.
